The copyright in the photographs is owned by and retained by Justin Smorhun at all times. Title to all photographs remains the property of Justin Smorhun. No manipulation or alteration of the image may be made without the permission of Justin Smorhun.
Justin Smorhun shall not be liable for any legal action, claim or damages resulting from or arising out of the publication of the photographs or other use by the client.
Justin Smorhun’s name will be printed in reasonable proximity to all published reproductions of the photographs unless agreed otherwise prior to the work commencing.
No registration is necessary for copyright of images in Australia and, through international treaties, other countries; therefore an image is automatically copyrighted from the moment it is created, no copyright notice is required for protection of copyright by the copyright holder.
